Sister,
One of the greatest tolls of recitation and regurgitation
is the loss of original intentionality
and delusion of integration
when all that is experienced
is mental masturbation without true transformation.
It’s a byproduct of mass production quotes
and a system of teaching which does not foster curiosity
but instead seeks to template the process of thinking
for the sake of unity, like-mindedness and replicable results.
It’s a spell cast upon all those who are unaware of the potency of repetition and suggestion.
A spell that goes bone deep
and which I hear echoing from lips all around me.
Beware as you say the sentiments of another
as though it’s your own.
In the process reinforcing a trend which drains the words of their true power
and instead of maintaining the integrity of the constructs of creation
keeps you trapped in a state of insanity
as you continue seeking answers from another
for the creative puzzle unique to you.
If only you would pause for a moment,
if only you would step away from the light,
if only you would allow yourself to rest,
if only you would trust,
you would find a moment of new clarity
in which the spell they’ve cast upon you
is shattered with silence
and you will never again say
you don’t know.
You will remember
the path to cultivating wisdom
which only ever comes in the form of presence and curiosity
without the need for gratification.
Delighting in the process, in the journey, in life.
I know the moment of complete despair
when you’ve taken all their steps
and done all they demanded of you
and yet
it’s never enough.
Just as you get on top of one thing
you look around
and see a million other balls dropping and bouncing in all directions
and still
in the face of all the evidence in the world
that it’s NOT working for you
you cling to the belief that
their methodologies dictate your personal experience of success
and rather than questioning the ‘rules’
you disbelief your worth.
So you buckle down
and ask the next person for the next answer
in your eternal search for the holy grail
that will have you crack the code
when
oh my darling friend
you have the power of the Universe creating your Utopia
in harmony with who you are
truly are
in your state of thrive and illumination
where no man-made rule can possibly contain
that which is commanded by the laws of the Universe.
Girlfriend,
wake up and break free from your socially induced slumber!
Wake up and walk away from the spaces which preach like-mindedness,
the spaces which has you show up in any way other than your glorious self,
the spaces which has you believe you’re a step behind.
This is YOUR life
YOUR journey
YOUR moment
not to be mistaken for another.
Your legacy is not the stuff you leave behind my friend,
but the continuation of the energetic frequency you’ve chosen to live.
And until you’re willing to be you and see the world through the eyes of divine Love

and that choice
